Recently I took a trip north to the smallest of the Scandinavian countries, Denmark, a nation that is often regarded as having the happiest residents in the world.

The Summer Fancy Food Show, presented by the Specialty Food Association, is the largest food industry event in North America. Vendors from all over the world come together to showcase their best products, exciting programs, and newest innovations.
